PTFE Coated Fabrics
Technical PTFE-coated fabric constructions selected for release, heat resistance and process stability, with material choice supported by datasheets, physical inspection and comparative testing.
Different weaves, coatings and thicknesses for different process duties.
The PTFE coated fabric family includes standard constructions, reinforced / tear-resistant solutions, anti-static materials and application-specific combinations. Final selection depends on thermal transfer, release behaviour, strength and machine conditions.
PTFE coated fabrics in standard, anti-static and application-specific constructions.
Representative roll formats include natural/brown, black anti-static and blue coated constructions, selected according to the required release, heat transfer, mechanical behaviour and process conditions.
Continuous perforation of PTFE rolls up to 3500 mm × 50 m.
We can process PTFE coated materials with continuous perforation patterns on roll widths up to 3500 mm and roll lengths up to 50 linear metres, supporting application-specific airflow, release and process requirements.
We verify the material, not just the datasheet.
For LSC, technical quality is not a marketing claim. Material constructions are checked against real application behaviour, with technical data, comparative testing and physical inspection used to understand how thickness, weave, coatings and combined layers influence performance.
The smallest component should maximize the value of the entire production line.
A PTFE fabric may be a small part of the machine, but it must protect uptime, process stability and the value of the complete production line.
Measured thermal transmission, side by side.
Maximum temperature recorded beneath each construction in the SEAL comparative test.
| Material | T max | What the report shows |
|---|---|---|
| 15BLUE | 118.7 °C | Highest heat transmission; linked in the report to lower thickness. |
| STD | 110.8 °C | Second-best; the report points to its more open weave. |
| 15SIL | 108.9 °C | Good thermal transmission from the aluminium layer. |
| SIL | 101.0 °C | About 5 °C above STV in the same period. |
| STV | 95.7 °C | Lower transmission; associated with the tighter weave. |
| 15BLUE + 15SIL | 110.4 °C | Combination performs below 15BLUE alone. |
| STD + STV + SIL | 94.6 °C | Lowest value; increased total thickness reduced heat transmission. |
Technical data must be confirmed by behaviour.
SEAL testing documentation includes comparative heat-transfer trials on an HDF machine using vacuum and controlled heating, with thermocouples positioned under the materials and temperature acquisition recorded during the cycle.
